Our design team will plan your new home from the footprint up, whilst incorporating the latest technology and innovations into the blueprints. This means the flow of your home will be just right, the space will work perfectly for you and the build quality will be unbeatable.
We care about the environment, and whether you’re looking for a regular build or a full eco-house, you can be sure the materials used will conserve energy to make your home efficient, while respecting the carbon footprint.
Our new build service

Our innovative app allows you to oversee everything from your phone, tablet or PC – we work from this system ourselves, so you see everything we see. We don’t apply any additional VAT charges on any UK build, which means the total you are quoted is the total you will pay.
You’ll be assigned a project manager who will be with you every step of the way. From initial planning and sessions with the architects, to handing you the keys to your new home. We take care of all planning permissions, paperwork and building regulations, to ensure your home exceeds all regulations.
Our friendly team of highly skilled builders and craftsmen arrive with the schedule in mind, and always go the extra mile to ensure everything goes smoothly and on time. You can check daily reports and photographs right from our app, but will also be welcomed on site to see your vision becoming a reality.
